Walkerwood Reservoir report for JANUARY 2012
Fishing has been good for the anglers that have braved the state of the lane before repairs and the weather. Regulars have been catching on white fry patterns, particularly one called the Skunk below the car park.
Repairs have been underway to repair the lane up to the reservoir and extensive digging has taken place, involving new drainage pipes to avoid flooding.
The work is due to be completed with a tarmac resurface when it is seen to be draining properly.
Best flies have been buzzers and fry patterns.
